The journey lasts about 1 hour. Guests choose two 20-minute activations, with additional self-guided time in the Purification and Dream & Meditation rooms.

You may select your two activations when booking, or you may decide upon arrival. Our facilitators will help guide you if you’re unsure which experiences best align with your needs in the moment.

You will have access to our self-guided sanctuaries:

• Room 5: Sound & intention — A clearing chamber for energetic reset.
  
• Room 6: Dream & Meditation — Breath, sound, and stillness for grounding and integration.

Your two chosen activations are guided by expert facilitators. The Sound & Intention and Dream & Meditation rooms are self-guided sanctuaries, offering space for reflection, clearing, and integration.

No experience is required. The 222 Experience is designed for everyone — whether you’re exploring energy work for the first time or deepening an existing practice.

We recommend comfortable, relaxed clothing that allows for ease of movement and deep relaxation. Shoes may be removed in some rooms
